The Johnson Monument Company text program is intended to provide optional customer-care conversations and updates about your memorial order, proof and delivery. When available, messages may be sent by our team or automatically in connection with your order. Some messages may include links related to your order. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Permission and frequency

You may give verbal permission to an employee to receive these messages. An employee records your choice. Texting is optional and is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies with your questions and order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
